COMMON JUDGMENT [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] Since the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, vide Letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017, had withdrawn the Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the relief sought for in the present writ appeals has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the appellants, both the writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition are also dismissed.
