ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.CHRISTENSON JUGUNU, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 134 days in representing the Review (MD) SR.No.10797 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai - 625023 (Account No:- 496039124, IFSC Code:-IDIB000H040), failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference of this Court.

4. Registry is directed to number the review application and post the matter after two weeks.
