This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.76 of 2018, dated 06.09.2018, on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Vallathirankottai, Pudukkottai District as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.76 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.151 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudhukottai and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.
