JUDGMENT

Mr.Samsudeen/first appellant is present in Court. 2.Memo is filed duly executed by all three appellants as well as Manger of City Union Bank, Manapparai and respective counsel to the effect that the suit may be closed as settled, since the entire loan has been paid over and documents in possession of the Bank have been returned to the appellants.
