ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the proceedings of the case in C.C.No.3 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, dated 31.07.2008. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. But however the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the trial in C.C.No.3 of 2009 before the trial Court has been completed and this petitioner was convicted and sentenced to undergo five months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22339 of 2018 rigorous imprisonment. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
