ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petitioner, post facto, obtained a Community Certificate on 28.06.2025, wherein it has been certified that the petitioner's daughter one Madhumithra belongs to De-notified Tribe, as per the G.O.(Ms) No.26, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department, dated 08.03.2019.
3. It appears that the petitioner's daughter had applied before the second respondent for the State Quota by considering the petitioner's daughter's application, dated 23.06.2025 for pursuing MBBS and BDS, wherein the petitioner's daughter has given the details of the community as follows: 2/5

The Community Certificate, that has been mentioned, was procured by the petitioner, dated 13.08.2015, which, according to the learned counsel for the respondents, has not been uploaded along with the application filed on 23.06.2025. The petitioner has secured as a fresh certificate from the aforesaid Authority on 28.06.2025 post facto, vide certificate No.TN-5202506281043.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's daughter may have a chance to be selected against the quota reservation for De-notified Tribes, as per the aforesaid Community Certificate, dated 28.06.2025, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner's daughter after due verification of the genuinity of the said Certificate.
6. In case the petitioner's daughter is entitled to reservation against the 3/5
quota for the reservation for De-notified Tribes (Kandharvakottai Kallar), the petitioner's daughter's application may be favourably considered and disposed of.
