Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ASIF MOHAMED M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12970 of 2023 on 17.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court, namely Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tiruchirappalli, and not taken on file. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12970 of 2023 on 17.07.2023 is modified and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 03/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
