ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to survey her property situated in Survey Nos.106/5A2, 106/5F2 and 106/7A2 in Sakkarappanayaknur Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering her online application in application No.2025/ 0123/24/015856 dated 27.05.2025 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was purchased by the petitioner under registered sale deed dated 08.03.2022. Patta for the subject property was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2063. The petitioner submitted an online application on 27.05.2025 in application No.2025/0123/24/015856 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 27.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/6
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
