JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.85 of 2019 in A.S.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, dated 09.07.2019 in O.S.No.160 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,31.01.2024), the learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2016 was disposed on 23.01.2020 and the second appeal in S.A(MD)No.70 of 2021 was dismissed on 15.03.2021 and they have also produced the copy of the same.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
