ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1/4

intervenor as well as the petitioner submitted that out of the Court, the matter has been settled between the parties.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees Four lakhs) has to be settled.

3. However, the learned counsel for the intervenor/ defacto complainant submitted that the entire amount has been received.

4. In view of the above submission, the interim bail that has been already granted by this Court, is made absolute, since the entire amount has been settled in respect of this matter is concerned.
