ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated nil on the petition given by the petitioner dated 18.10.2021 and consequently direct the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct hunger strike on 01.11.2021 infront of the Traveller's Bungalow, Rajapalayam Road, Sankarankovil, Tenkasi District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
