Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in the case in S.C.No.851 of 2016 till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.
2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the fourth petitioner is suffering from Parkinsonism disease and aged about 72 years and is bed ridden and prayed to dispense with the appearance of the 4th petitioner.
3.In view of the above, the appearance of the fourth petitioner is dispensed with. The fourth petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required.
4.This petition is dismissed as against the petitioners 1 to 3. sd/- 19/01/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
