Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus Mandamus to directing the respondents to provide the Government employment to the petitioner's son namely Maheswaran on the SC/ST(POA) Rules compassionate grounds in any suitable post based on his educational qualification by 1/5

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to the respondents to provide the Government employment to the petitioner's son, namely, Maheswaran, on the compassionate grounds (SC/ST(POA) Rules) in any suitable post based on his educational qualification by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2022.

2. Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.55058/2017/AD6, dated 24.08.2023 and submitted that the son of the petitioner has been appointed as a Watchman in the Office of the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Kallikudi. 2/5

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the son of the petitioner has been appointed as a Watchman and thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
