JUDGMENT

[Judgment of this Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has circulated a letter dated 27.09.2019 to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal suit. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the dispute between the appellant and the respondent is settled out of Court and he has also filed a memo to that effect. For better appreciation, we quote the memo in its entirety:

A.S.(MD).No.209 of 2015 "MEMO ON BEHLAF OF APPELLANT The dispute between the appellant and respondent is settled out of Court. Hence, the appeal is not pressed. The appeal may be dismissed without cost. Too that effect, this memo has been filed." 3.In the light of the above, this Appeal Suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.Ps are closed.
