Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.DEEPAK.B, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (CRL SIDE) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12183 of 2021, dated 03.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 21.09.2021 without fail.
