ORDER

It is informed that the petitioner has handed over the key to the land owner and the land owner has taken possession of the suit property. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this civil revision petition.

2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is an practising Advocate, is prejudiced by the comments made in the paragraph Nos.25 and 26 of the impugned order.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the direction of this Court by handing over the possession, the observation made in paragraph Nos.25 and 26 of the impugned order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD)No.1783 of 2021 shall be eschewed. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
