This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 to 8/A1 to A7 in Crl.M.P.No.4112 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties were entered into compromise and the FIR in Crime No. 47 of 2021 has been quashed. Thereby, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
