This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 12.04.2018 and consequently direct the second respondent to form the new committee and giving opportunity to the petitioner's group to include the temple committee to conduct the temple festival with regard to Sri Mariamman, Sri Bhagavathi Amman and Sri Muthalamman Temple situated at Chinnathambipatti, Karungal Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4
