Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ASHOK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10251 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police. The petitioner is not able to appear before the respondent police and pray the condition to be modified as to the petitioner can appear before the Trial Court.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has complied the conditions so far and charge sheet in this case was already filed.

4.In view of the submission made by both sides, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified as to the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
