Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records of the first Respondent Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Madurai, in his file C.No.2118/21/CC/MDU/TECH/2004-05 for assessment years 1995-96 to 2000-01 and quash the impugned order dated 15-10-2009 and consequently direct the first Respondent to waive the interest charged under section 234-A in full and waive or substantially reduce the interest under section 234-B and 234-C.
