JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.10.2023, the learned Counsels sought time. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 22.11.2023. On that day also, the learned Counsels sought time. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on today i.e., on 14.12.2023.

2. Today, the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that no instructions from the appellant. The said submission is recorded.

3.Hence, this First Appeal is dismissed as Non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
