The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to D.V.C.No.17 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent submitted that the matter was earlier referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and settlement was arrived at between the parties.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed as a sequel, the proceedings in D.V.C.No.17 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram is quashed and the terms of Mediation Report shall form part and parcel of this Order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
