(2) That the Appellant herein/Land Acquisition officer be and hereby is directed to pay compensation amount as awarded herein together with interest at the rate as awarded by the Land acquisition Tribunal;

(3) That in all other respects the award of Tribunal below do Stand; and

(4) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
