2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and submits that writ appeal in WA(MD) No.1857 of 2024 has been filed as against the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.15884 of 2014, dated 22.12.2023 and an order of interim stay has also been granted by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CMP(MD) No.14048 of 2024 in WA(MD) No.1857 of 2024, dated 16.10.2024. 3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) No.1857 of 2024, this contempt petition is closed.
