JUDGMENT

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the dispute is between the appellant and his brother and a suit has been filed for infringement of trade mark. The said suit was dismissed. Against which, the present appeal has been filed.

2.When the appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, the dispute between the parties is compromised and the same is settled out of Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
