ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2022 and take necessary action upon the same. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the complaint has been given by the petitioner on 21.08.2022, it was not taken proper care and no enquiry has been commenced by the second respondent sofar. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in C.S.R.No.806 of 2022 has been undertaken and the petitioner was issued with summons on 05.09.2022 to appear before the enquiry officer on 10.09.2022. 4.Since enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, now the matter has become infructuous and if any grievance, either during the course of enquiry or after enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said liberty, this petition is disposed of.
