This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's Appeal dated 09.05.2018 and consider his submission before the Appellate Authority in the personal hearing dated 31.03.2019 and dispose of the same.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents bank would submit that final order has been passed on the petitioner's appeal on 03.08.2019 and the same was communicated to the petitioner through registered post on 06.08.2019.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents bank, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
