ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the information sought for by the petitioner has not been provided even after the orders of the respondent dated 24.11.2022 in the second appeal filed by the petitioner. Therefore, he has filed an application to take necessary action as per Section 18 of the Right to Information Act and has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent to take action on his application dated 07.03.2023.

2.Considering the fact that the respondent has already entertained the second appeal filed by the petitioner and also issued direction to the Public Information Officer to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner, despite the same, the information has not been furnished, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the application dated 07.03.2023 filed by the petitioner within a 2/4

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
