This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court dated 20.02.2024 passed in WP(MD)No.18382 of 2020 has not been complied with.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over the cheques to the learned Counsel for the petitioner towards the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the cheques.
