... Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C., praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the complaint filed by the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Thoothukudi in C.C.No.66 of 2019 and to quash the same.
ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon under the caption 'for extension of time' on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 07.03.2022 and a letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi in D. No. 1362/2022 dated 21.09.2022 forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi in D. No. A1/2356/2022, dated 23.09.2022, seeking extension of three months time to dispose the case in C.C. No. 66 of 2019, this Court made the following order: "This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.66 of 2019. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.13139 of 2019 by order dated 07.03.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.66 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thoothukudi, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.
3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.66 of 2019 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
