O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the accused persons in crime No.1030 of 2018 on the file of the respondent No.2 police Station to seize the cheated money in their custody.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation is going on and within a period stipulated by this Court, the respondent shall complete the investigation and file the final report.

3.Considering the said submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.1030 of 2018 on his file and take action against the accused persons in accordance with law by filing charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
