J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (26.07.2019), the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the vakalat and also filed a memo to that effect.

2.Memo is recorded. The Registry is directed to remove the name of the respondents' counsel.

3.A Joint Compromise Memo signed by both the parties ie. appellants and respondents and also the learned counsel for the appellants is filed. The appellants and respondents are present. In order to identify the respective parties they have also produced their Aadhaar Cards. This Court also enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.

4.In view of the compromise memo signed by the appellants as well as respondents, this Appeal Suit is disposed of as per the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
