ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition (ii) of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai made in Crl.M.P.No.2318 1 / 4
of 2022, dated 07.06.2022 and directing the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai instead of signing before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners have filed a bail petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai and have obtained bail order. Thereafter, the petitioners filed a petition for modification before the Court below, that was returned with an endorsement as "to be filed before the proper Court". Hence, the petitioners approached this Court for suitable orders.
3.May be due to over sight, the above said modification petition was returned, the petitioners are directed to resubmit the petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.
