ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Nos.1,2,3,6 and 7, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 506 (ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.1102 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioners were celebrating the festival of Diwali by bursting fire crackers, the defacto complainant questioned the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners had entered into wordy quarrel with the defacto complainant and attacked him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to previous enmity, a false case has been registered against the petitioners and the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners by this Court dated 08.12.2020 and they have not complied the condition that was imposed by this Court.

5. Since, already anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners by this Court dated 08.12.2020, there is no question of second anticipatory bail here.
