2022 on the file of this Honble High Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RANJITH.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6091 of 2021 on 13.06.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. The petitioner has complied the condition only for 3 times and there is no sufficient reason to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6091 of 2022.
