ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.In the light of the order we propose to pass, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3.We need not labour much to go into the allegation made by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in the support of this writ petition, in the light of the stand taken by the respondents 2 and 3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Writ Petition (MD).No.20334 of 2019 and as informed to the learned Additional Government Pleader that the fourth respondent has erected asbestos sheet and encroached and action has been taken to remove the encroachment and the same will be done expeditiously.

4.In the light of the stand taken by the respondents 2 and 3, we direct the respondents 2 and 3 to proceed with the eviction process in accordance with law expeditiously not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
