This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. challenging the domestic violence proceedings.

2. Considering the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Arul Daniel Vs. Suganya reported in 2022-5-L.W. 482, the present petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and work out their remedy.
