ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a lawful guardian for Malathi, who is a mentally challenged person, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner produces all the relevant records, the same will be considered by the authorities.

3. In view of the above, this Court is directing the petitioner is submit all the relevant records along with a copy of the representation dated 22.04.2025. On receipt of the same, the official respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
