ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of the petition in C.T.O.P.No.1 of 2012 in O.S.No.700 of 2009 within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed C.T.O.P.No.1 of 2012 and the same is pending for more than 7 years. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that C.T.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of 9 months. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the present Civil Revision Petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of C.T.O.P. at the earliest point of time.

C.R.P.(MD)No.1720 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the C.T.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of nine months from the date of filing, however, the same is pending for more than 7 year. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the C.T.O.P. within a time frame. 4.Accordingly, the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli is hereby directed to dispose of the C.T.O.P.No.1 of 2012 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
