This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register a criminal case based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.2929/2021, order dated 01.10.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it appears that by the order dated 01.10.2021, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, has directed the respondent police to registered an FIR and investigate the matter within a month. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the deadline is still available. But, however, the respondent may not wait till the deadline is over. Let the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, be complied at the earliest and inform the same to the above said Court.
