PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to register any documents in respect of the property Survey No.1064, Town Survey No.3, New Door No.17A, Muthaiah Pillai Santhu, Chinnakadai Theru, Madurai by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to register any documents in respect of the property Survey No.1064, Town Survey No.3, New Door No.17A, Muthaiah Pillai Santhu, Chinnakadai Theru, Madurai by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the respondents 3 & 4 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
