Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SHANMUGANATHAN.VR., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12548 of 2021, dated 01.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 07.09.2021 till today, without fail.
