The writ appeal which is the subject matter of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.16711 of 2013 dated 19.11.2013 has become infructuous in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench in W.A(MD)No.361 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 preferred by the respondents 2 to 4 herein against the order passed in W.P(MD)No.16711 of 2013 dated 19.11.2013.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants also submitted that the 1st respondent herein who was successful in W.P(MD)No.16711 of 2013 has been paid the arrears and he has given a letter of acknowledgment dated 10.02.2024. Page No.2 of 4

In view of the above fact, the Writ Appeal is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
