JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH , J.) This Writ Appeal was listed for dismissal on 21.01.2019 by order of Division Bench of this Court dated 18.01.2019. On the date of hearing, when it was so listed, the Division Bench noted that there was no representation for the appellant and had directed service on the appellant through process server. Notice has been duly served on the appellant indicating the date of hearing on 13.03.2019 and acknowledgment is available on file.
2.Though the matter does not appear to have come up on 13.03.2019 as directed under order dated 21.01.2019, we are of the considered view that nothing would be gained by keeping the writ appeal of the year 2014, pending on the docket of the Court so long. 3/6
3.Hence, this Writ Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution granting liberty to the appellant, if she is so inclined, to seek restoration of the matter. Such restoration shall be sought within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment or not at all. No costs.
