ORDER

The Writ Petition is not maintainable. Seeking the very same relief, W.P(MD)No.17139 of 2013, had been earlier filed by the petitioner, G.Ilango against the very same respondent, the District Collector, Theni District, Theni. The only difference is that the aforementioned W.P(MD)No.17139 of 2013 was a Mandamus, seeking examination of representation, dated 27.12.2010. 2.In the earlier Writ Petition, a request was placed on the respondent to consider the same in the light of the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.82 of 2008 and proceedings of the Forest Settlement Officer, Usilampatti, dated 11.02.1985. A direction was given by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 25.08.2015, that the enquiry should be conducted and the representation should be examined within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that particular order. A second Writ Petition on the same relief once again giving a representation on 29.09.2021, would not give rise to a cause for the petitioner to file a further Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.The petitioner should work out his remedies around the first Writ Petition, which had already been filed and an order had been passed. Giving that liberty to the petitioner herein, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
