2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted for claiming compensation.

4.Since the said request is beyond the scope of the writ petition and the prayer sought for in the writ petition, we leave it open to the appellant to work out his remedy under the provisions of the law in this regard.

5.Even at the time when the writ appeal was heard earlier ie., on 04.12.2019, the Interim Order was vacated and it is admitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the building has been demolished. Hence, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed.
