COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 741 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondent Nos.2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.2 to 4 in C.M.P.(MD)No.608 of 2024 in A.S.(MD)No.178 of 2010 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has raised only formal objection to this petition.

4. The name of the 4th respondent has been printed in the cause list.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
