(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) By order dated 26.08.2025, the learned Judge permitted the applicant to make an application under Section 228 of BNSS and based on the order to be passed by the trial Court, the appellant has been granted liberty to move the jurisdictional regional passport officer, who has been directed to dispose the application in terms of that order.

2.A report has now been received by the Registry from the Additional District Court, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil, seeking an extension of one month's time for disposal of Crl.M.P.Nos.15 and 16 of 2025.

3.Request is acceded to and a further period of one month from today is granted to do the needful.
