When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complainant given by the third respondent, enquiry was initiated in Current Paper No.227/18, but the petitioner did not cooperate for the enquiry and the third respondent has withdrawn the complaint stating that he would approach the appropriate Court seeking his redressal.
