O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No. 83 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Mudhukulathur, Ramanthapuram District, and Quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now examining of witnesses are over, except the Investigation Officer.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter has become infructuous. There shall be direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Mudhukulathur, Ramanthapuram District, to complete the above said trial process within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
